About Us
Our Practice
We are a group of clinical, rehabilitation and neuropsychologists who provide Neuropsychology in Chicago in Chicago and Cognitive Rehabilitation in Chicago. Services include neuropsychology assessment, cognitive rehabilitation, and psychotherapy services across the lifespan from pediatrics to geriatrics. We have experience working with active duty service members and veterans around post deployment adjustment, PTSD and TBI. We accept most insurance, including Medicare.
Leadership
Our practice is directed by Linda Rice, PhD ABPP. Dr Rice is a a board certified neuropsychologist with over 25 years of experience in clinical care, training and research. Dr. Rice completed her doctoral education at Loyola University of Chicago, internship at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and fellowship at the Sheppard and Enoch Pratt Hospital. She has worked at the Johns Hopkins Hospital and the National Naval Medical Center, where she was the Chief of Neuropsychology. Her current hospital affiliations include the Shirley Ryan Ability Lab (formerly the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago) where she is a staff member of the brain injury program and Swedish Covenant Hospital. Dr. Rice is an Assistant Professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Feinberg School of Medicine, Northwestern University.
Our Philosophy
We strive to provide prompt, comprehensive, individualized service to our patients. While we are grounded in evidence based assessment and treatment approaches, we believe that we are treating the whole person as he/she lives within a family system and community. We are active in coordinating care with other health care providers, advocating for our patients, and networking patients with professional resources.
